They lived as one
They loved as one
Together they would stay
Their promise was forever
That they’d always be that way.

Their lives were indeed a gamble,
Yet each one threw the dice
They knew the stakes were against them
But that for love they’d pay the price.

They lay beneath a thousand skies
And counted every star
This romance is of the rarest
This loves end is very far.

Their eyes search for the answers
To the sources of this bliss
Yet each knows that they lie in the other
Within the fires of her relentless kiss.

Their fingers seal the connection
As they draw each other near
This touch to them is heaven
For heaven is now here.

On continue these star crossed lovers
Each hoping the other will never say good-bye
Outsiders now know their intentions are true,
And that it equals a sin to ask why.

Love should never be questioned
It should never be condemned
They are happy now and for always
This sweet bliss to the ignorant
Needs not to be explained.

They lived as one
They loved as one
Together they would stay
Their promise was forever
That they’d always be that way.
